Hello! My name is Zechariah Osburn, and I’m the proud owner of Z’s Exterior Services. I started this journey when I was just 10 years old, going door to door in my neighborhood offering to mow lawns. Now at 21, I’ve turned that same drive into a full-service exterior company.

From a young age, I’ve always had a go-getter mindset. Back in middle school, I was flipping fidget spinners, then moved into flipping cars, doing whatever it took to save up money and learn how to make it on my own. At the same time, I was building up my neighborhood services—adding mulching, leaf cleanup, and snow removal as I went. Wrestling also played a big role in shaping who I am today, teaching me discipline, consistency, and the work ethic it takes to keep pushing forward even when things get tough.

One moment that really changed my perspective was when I was about 13 years old, spreading gravel at a neighbor’s house. A young contractor pulled up—he was only 19—and seeing someone that close to my age running his own operation opened my eyes. It showed me what was possible and gave me the motivation to take things seriously and build something of my own.

Fast forward to today—after countless 16-hour days, long weekends, and sacrificing a lot of the typical “young” lifestyle to build this business—I’ve grown Z’s Exterior Services into a company I’m truly proud of. Today, I offer landscaping, hardscaping, drainage solutions, planting, and power washing, serving homeowners and businesses across Northern Virginia. While I may be young, my team is made up of hardworking, experienced professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality results on every job.
